2. Duration of the Competition

· The commencement date of the competition is June 15, 2023

· The final date of the competition is 11:00 pm September 30, 2023.

· Promotional activities starts from June 15, 2023

3. Rules

A detailed account of all the mechanics and rules relating to the proposed competition are as follows:

a. Applicant must borrow $250,000.00 or more for a chance to be selected as one of five (5) weekly winners of $5,000 cash in our 15 weeks back to school promotion; and for a chance to win the grand prize of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). Applicant’s loan account MUST be current (i.e. account must not be in any arrears) at the time of the draw to be eligible.

b. Applicant must be 18 years or older.

c. Only loans processed within the competition period will be eligible.

d. One (1) winner will be selected for the grand prize of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00)

e. Five (5) winners per week will be selected for a chance to win a back to school cash assistance of $5,000.00 each, for 15 Weeks. NB: Weekly winners will not be eligible for future weekly draws, but will be eligible for the Grand prize draw. However, non weekly winners still have a chance to be a weekly winner or a Grand prize winner.

f. Entities that are excluded from participating in the competition are: Staff members of Worldnet and their family members living in the same household (i.e. aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews, mother/father, sister/brother, wife/husband, etc.).

g. The entry is restricted to the borrower only (no third party transfer such as guarantor/s, co-applicant etc.).

h. Each applicant including online applicants with a disbursed loan is eligible for one entry. (Online: www. wniconnect.com)

i. All of Worldnet 17 Branches will facilitate the conduct of the competition.
